Career Pathing: “Triggers: Are You Reacting or Responding? Identifying Your Ultimate Key to Success”

J.W. Jones Student Union, Boardroom

Thursday, October 17, 2019

Kathleen Randall, of Randall Resources International, discusses how a person’s ability to respond, rather than react to the triggers around them, ultimately determines their success in life. In this interactive session, participants will gain insights to how people react and why, identifying what pushes people’s “hot buttons” and why, and learn tools and skills to deal with triggers and emotions.

This session, presented by Northwest Career Services, is offered at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.

Career Pathing presentations are free for Northwest students and employees and provide professional development opportunities to students interested in advancing to new levels of pay and responsibility. Community members are invited at a cost of $25 for Maryville Chamber of Commerce members or $40 for non-members. For more information and registration, go to
