Wellness Wednesday: "Vitamin D Deficiency"

Vitamin D deficiency affects individuals of all ages and cultures and has been linked to multiple acute and chronic illnesses. This presentation will identify those at risk for the deficiency as well as review simple over the counter treatment options.
