Symphony Orchestra Concert

The Northwest Symphony Orchestra presents “Heine, Hobbits & Holst” at 8 p.m. in the Charles Johnson Theater, featuring cello soloist Jan Kobialka.

The program will include “Mars, the Bringer of War” by Gustav Holst; “Passemezzo Antico” by Diego Ortiz, featuring Kobialka; “Suite from Tannhauser” by Richard Wagner; “Aria da Chiesa” by Alessandro Stradella; “March in D Minor” by Anton Bruckner and “Symphonic Suite from ‘The Lord of the Rings,’” by Howard Shore.
