Career Pathing Program: "Bridging the Gap...Customer Service with Genders, Generations & Genetics"

This Career Pathing session is presented by Candy Whirley, SBG Services, LLC. The interactive, energetic and entertaining presentation will enable participants to recruit and manage top candidates by learning the differences between generations X, Y, Boomers and Matures, and their work habits and goals. We will also share knowledge of gender differences in order to help participants understand that there is truly a difference in communication and conflict management. Put on your hard hats, you will be building a BRIDGE!

This session is only for current student employees and staff members. In order to attend, you must RSVP.

Sessions are 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. for student employees, and 3:30 p.m. for faculty and staff
