SUMMARY:Alternative Weekend Volunteer Trip
DESCRIPTION:The Office of Volunteer Service Learning and Civic Engagement and the Office of Intercultural Affairs are partnering to provide an Alternative Weekend Volunteer Trip to Kansas City. \n\nVolunteers will be working with youth at a community center in Kansas City then traveling to a mission to most likely serve meals to those in need. Volunteers will work with youth and hungerhomelessness.  \n\nTransportation will be provided and leave Northwest at about 9 a.m. with a return time of later in the evening.  \n\nIndividuals interested in participating should sign up by 5 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 5. The registration form may be found on the right side of the Intercultural International Center homepage at www.nwmissouri.eduiic.\n\nContact the IIC at 660.562.1367 with any questions. More details will be emailed to volunteers who register to attend.\n\nSponsored by the Office of Volunteer Services.
