SUMMARY:Transportation Fair
DESCRIPTION:The University Police Department will host a transportation fair from 1 to 5 p.m. in Lot 60 located south of the Bearcat Baseball Field.  The Police Department will promote Northwests Safe Rides program which offers expanded hours this year and the Drive Safe Drive Smart campaign.\n\nUniversity Police officers will be on hand to remove old parking permits from vehicles and check window tint levels. In addition to giveaways the event will include beer goggle activities and the Missouri State Highway Patrol will have its crash simulator. \n\nNorthwests transportation department will demonstrate basic vehicle maintenance including checking fluids and batteries changing tires and checking the tire pressure. Outside vendors including Shells Service Station and Precision Lock and Key also will attend.
