DESCRIPTION:Dr. Andrew Cheetham will perform a trumpet recital at Northwest Missouri State University at 8 p.m. Friday March 11 in the Charles Johnson Theater. \nCheetham also will present a trumpet master class at 8 p.m. Thursday March 10 in the Universitys Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building.\nBoth events are free and open to the public.\nCheetham assistant professor of trumpet at Eastern Illinois University has performed in and conducted various ensembles across the United States and Europe. A classical and jazz trumpeter Cheetham has held the principal trumpet position in several symphonies and has experience as a band director.
