SUMMARY:Student Dietetic Association Community 5K Fun RunWalk
DESCRIPTION:The Student Dietetic Association is sponsoring its first Community 5K Fun RunWalk to support Backpack Buddies. The event begins at 10 a.m. at the fountain on the east side of the Administration Building and the route extends throughout the Northwest campus. Water will be provided as well as activities for all ages.\n\nParticipants may register the morning of the event beginning at 930 a.m. or in advance by visiting the family and consumer sciences office on the third floor of the Administration Building. \n\nThe registration fee is 15 for adults and 8 for children 10 years or younger. Participants will receive a free T-shirt if they register by Monday Sept. 12.\n\nProceeds from the Community 5K Fun RunWalk will benefit Backpack Buddies which assists elementary students in Nodaway County who qualify for free or reduced lunches. \n\nFor additional information contact Sarah Rice Northwest Student Dietetic Association President at S501639MAIL.NWMISSOURI.EDU.
